  1. Custom Trophies complies with Australian Consumer Law regarding the sale of our products.
  2. Should your order sustain any damages during freight please send us a photo via email of the damage within 7 business days of receiving your order and we will replace the damaged product straight away.
  3. We offer a 100% Money Back guarantee. If you are not 100% happy with your order you can return it (at your expense) within 7 business days of receiving your order and we will replace the goods free of charge or refund your money.  Please ensure you send us an email within 3 business days of receiving your order to advise you wish to enact the 100% Money Back Guarantee.  Orders must be returned to us within 7 business days to receive a replacement or refund.
  4. All orders need to be paid for in FULL prior to dispatch.  Unless agreed to by Custom Trophies.
