What does 100% Money Back Guarantee Mean
If you are not 100% happy with your order you can return it (at your expense) within 7 business days and we will replace the goods free of charge or refund your money.  Please ensure you send us an email within 3 business days of receiving your order to advise you wish to enact the 100% Money Back Guarantee.  Orders must be returned to us within 7 business days to receive a replacement or refund.
 
How much will freight be?
For all orders over $100 freight is FREE to any location in Australia.  For any orders under $100 there is a flat rate fee of $10 for shipping anywhere in Australia.  This is for our standard service.  If you require Express Post there will be an additional fee (At cost)
 
Do you ship products overseas?
A) Yes we do, we currently ship our products to NZ and USA.  If you would like an order please contact us via email for a quote on the shipping to your country.
 
What payment methods to you accept?
A) We accept Visa / Mastercard / Amex / Debit card.  We also have the option to pay via our secure online payment system or via paypal.   We also accept EFT Transfer direct into our account.
 
What is the turnaround time for orders?
From confirmation of artwork and payment of invoice your order will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
 
What does FREE artwork and engraving include?
We do not charge you any design fees or to setup the engraving / cutting / printing files.  This is all included in the unit price.  All our prices include the engraving onto the plaques so there is no additional fees.
 
What format do you need my logo in?
We require CDR, EPS/VECTOR, AI or PDF file of your artwork.  If you do not have this the highest res file you have.  If your logo is very small in size and pixelated there may be a small charge to turn this into a vector.  The maximum for this is $50.  If we do this we then send you your logo back to you in various formats which you can then use for printing your logo onto clothing, flyers etc.
 
What is the price for a CUSTOM TROPHY?
Custom Trophies can start from as little as $20 per unit.  As with all our work there is no additional fees for artwork / setup / design fees.  We design trophies in YOUR budget.  Simply provide us with a brief including:

• Logos/images and any text that need to go on the trophy
• Quantity you require
• Budget per trophy or a budget range and we can give you options within that range

We will then provide you with some concepts via email within your budget. From there we will then provide you with a production sample.
 
Where are you based?
We are based on Central Coast, NSW and ship all over Australia and internationally.
 
Do you have a showroom?
Yes our showroom is located at 4/13 Gibbens Road, West Gosford NSW 2250.  We have a large range of traditional trophies plus a large range of samples of our Custom work.
