What does 100% Money Back Guarantee Mean
If you are not 100% happy with your order you can return it (at your expense) within 7 business days and we will replace the goods free of charge or refund your money. Please ensure you send us an email within 3 business days of receiving your order to advise you wish to enact the 100% Money Back Guarantee. Orders must be returned to us within 7 business days to receive a replacement or refund.
How much will freight be?
For all orders over $500 freight is FREE to any location in Australia. For any orders under $500 there is a flat rate fee of $20 for shipping anywhere in Australia. This is for our standard service. If you require Express Post there will be an additional fee (At cost)
Do you ship products overseas?
A) Yes we do, we currently ship our products to NZ and USA. If you would like an order please contact us via email for a quote on the shipping to your country.
What payment methods to you accept?
A) We accept Visa / Mastercard / Amex / Debit card. We also have the option to pay via our secure online payment system or via paypal. We also accept EFT Transfer direct into our account.
What format do you need my logo in?
We require EPS/VECTOR, AI or PDF file of your artwork. If you do not have this, please send through the highest res file you have. If your logo is very small in size and pixelated there may be a small charge to turn this into a vector. The maximum for this is $50. If we do this we then send you your logo back to you in various formats which you can then use for printing your logo onto clothing, flyers etc.
Where are you based?
We are based on Central Coast, NSW and ship all over Australia and internationally.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes our showroom is located at 481 The Entrance Road, Erina Heights NSW 2260.
