Can you cut a single custom piece?

Yes. We can assist with one-off items, prototypes and larger production orders.

Can you help if I do not have finished artwork?

Yes. Send us a sketch, photograph or drawing with clear measurements. We can review the job and advise whether artwork preparation is required.

What file type is best?

Vector files such as AI, EPS, and print-ready PDF are generally preferred.

Can you cut customer-supplied material?

Possibly, but the material must be identified and approved before laser processing. Some plastics and composite materials are unsafe or unsuitable for laser cutting.

Can you engrave and cut the same item?

Yes. Many projects can include both engraving and cutting in the same production process.

Can you create holes and custom openings?

Yes. Holes, slots, openings and internal cut-outs can usually be incorporated into the artwork.

Can you produce repeated components?

Yes. We can assist with short production runs and ongoing repeat orders.

Can you copy an existing part?

In many cases, yes. Send us a photograph and accurate measurements or bring the original item into our showroom for assessment.
